1969 Carl Friedrich begins supplying the furniture industry with tools, dies, production machinery and manufactured components under the name of F&G Tool & Die Inc.

1998 Top Line Seating Inc. is established and begins to manufacture complete seating products specialized for the casino industry.

2005 F&G Tool & Die Inc. merges with Top Line Seating Inc. doubling its capacity.

Our focus is on designing, engineering and manufacturing of casino seating that is comfortable and safe to use which will withstand intensive 24 hours a day use seen in many casinos.

Our entire product line is manufactured in the United States of America.

We are the manufacturer. Custom casino seating is our specialty. We do not simply buy generic chair parts from distributors then slap together a casino seating product. When a custom component is required or requested it is manufactured in house.

Our efforts to provide comfort, quality and the latest developments in seating and seating parts are shared with some of the top U.S. and European seating manufacturers. We strive to remain dynamic and innovative in every aspect of our business.
