5 Year Warranty
Top Line Seating Inc. warrants to the original user that it will supply necessary parts, repairs and/or adjustments to correct defects in materials, parts and workmanship for its commercial chairs, stools and tables. This warranty includes coverage for the standard Skai Toronto vinyl upholstery material.
This warranty extends over a period of 5 years, commencing with the shipping date of the covered product and is strictly limited to the original user.
This warranty requires the original user to perform annual full inspections of the installed products to ensure structural safety, specifically tightening bolts and checking for signs of structural fatigue. Failure to comply with these requirements will void this warranty. Warranty repairs will be made at no charge once the alleged defective parts have been inspected by the factory and the claim of defect has been confirmed.
Lack of maintenance and/or abnormal use, misuse, accidents or unauthorized alterations to Top Line Seating products shall void this warranty.
Any Top Line Seating product suspected of being defective, unsafe or in a condition that might cause personal injury must immediately be removed from service by the user.
THE ONLY WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER ARE THOSE WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SPECIFICALLY, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

Cleaning InstructionsPrompt cleaning of stains will produce best results.
Vinyl/Polyurethane Upholstery
REGULAR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCEClean the soiled area with mild soap and water, then rinse with fresh water and wipe down with a clean cloth.
FOOD STAINS / OILSWipe affected area with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush using a none abrasive cleaner, for example Formula 409 or Fantastik. Rinse with fresh water and wipe dry.
DIFFICULT STAINSClean the soiled area with a 50% solution of Isopropyl Alcohol and water. It is important to rinse the cleaned area with fresh water after applying the alcohol solution. HEALTHCARE / DISINFECTIONClean the soiled area with a 10% solution of Household Bleach and water. It is important to rinse the cleaned area with fresh water after applying the bleach solution. Sherpa/Shire Fabric Upholstery REGULAR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE For water-based stains, use water-based cleaning agents. DIFFICULT STAINS For oil-based stains, use mild solvent cleaner.
NOTE THAT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT OVERSATURATE THE FABRIC DURING APPLICATION OF CHOSEN CLEANER. IF SPRAYING, A FINE MIST IS ADEQUATE WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MOISTURE APPLIED TO THE SURFACE OF THE FABRIC.
